Lab is a French restaurant in Taipei, located in the comfortable residential area of Minsheng community, we propose French fine dinning menus.

In a discreet luxury atmosphere you can enjoy our light and delicate slow-food menus, based on the “Nouvelle Cuisine” rules. Using the finest techniques of low temperature and “sous-vide” cooking we pay the due respect to the best ingredients.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday, 18h30 to 22h30, last order at 21h00, we welcome you and offer you car parking facilities.
