About LAB

Lab has been concepted and opened by François PARVEAU in March 2008, to give Taipei fine dining lovers a place to delight their palate and improve their knowledge. Lab is a laboratory for experience. Through the interior architecture, decoration and flower arrangements that bring our guests to a unique place made for sharing pleasure. In this theatre, the star is the food, and we can see her get prepared in the opened backstage. Then she comes in the dining room, the stage, and offers the guests an artwork in five dimensions. The three first are for the shape, the fourth for the time spent enjoying and getting together, and the fifth for the flavors.
This unique conceptualization of the dining experience is the signature of Lab. To fulfill this « total art », a special selection of music, paintings and poems give the final touch to send the guests to a very unique place.
